It's manufactured from millions of silicone coated cylindrical hollow cored fibres with the silicone coating acting as a lubricant to eliminate friction and reduce shear forces.

The internal seams are carefully positioned to avoid creating pressure points and it features a breathable cotton cover and adjustable velcro securing straps with one size fits all.
