Right to Cancel and Returns
If you are wishing to return products because they have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty please see the "Inspection, Delivery Delays and Non-Delivery" paragraph above. Active Mobility will not accept the return of products for any other reason – please choose carefully. Incorrectly supplied or faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. Used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns. There will be no re-delivery fee on the replacement of incorrect or faulty goods.
Sale items are final and not returnable.
For change of size, colour or style, requests need to be made in writing to our customer service team (email@example.com). These will be treated on a case by case basis, subject to availability of exchange item and normal stock status of supplied item. Active Mobility does not guarantee that your exchange will be granted. A re-delivery fee will be applicable for exchange goods.
