This comprehensive two-day, hands-on workshop is designed to support therapists in developing confidence and expertise in wheelchair seating prescription.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of seating and positioning, including the biomechanics of sitting, the seating assessment process, and how to translate clinical findings into appropriate product selection and configuration. The workshop also examines and compares a range of seating and mobility solutions available on the market, helping clinicians understand the benefits and considerations of different product options.
Through practical demonstrations, real-world case studies, and interactive learning opportunities, therapists will gain valuable tools and techniques to improve their confidence in product configuration, adjustments, and clinical decision-making.
