The Quickie Xenon2 has been cleverly designed to create the minimalistic style of a rigid wheelchair with a fixed-front frame for a clean, stremalined design and innovative technology.
It's unique cross-brace combined with a re-designed axle stem makes the Xenon2 an ultra-lightweight folding wheelchair that's easy to fold, lift and transport. This makes it the ideal wheelchair for those with a very active lifestyle, but needs a lightweight and rigid wheelchair for maximium performance.
The wheelchair has been designed with 7000 series aerospace aluminium and by using ShapeLoc technology the wheelchair's strenght has increased, allowing for thinner tube walls and decreasing its overall weight.
However if you prefer practical portability then perhaps the Xenon2 SA is more suitable, or the Xenon2 Dual features reinforced rigidity if that's what you prefer.
