I apologise, I made a mistake in submitting a previous review. I mistakenly thought I was reviewing my experience with AidaCare for the ceiling hoist installation and lack of followup which in my opinion was very unprofessional. My experience with Active Mobility has been VERY GOOD, thank you. I ordered the sling and it was delivered promptly.
